• I consent and authorize the Rockstar Woman Movement, powered by Shannon Cohen, Inc. to use my likeness in any photograph, video or other digital media (“Photos”) taken on Sunday, September 28, 2025 while participating in the Rockstar Woman Brunch. I understand and agree with photos and videos being used in any and all of its publications, including print, web-based publications, and digital platforms, including but not limited to social media, email campaigns, websites, and livestreams.
• I grant Shannon Cohen, Inc. and its partners (including contractors, collaborators, media outlets, and marketing agencies acting on behalf of Shannon Cohen, Inc.) an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and create derivative works of the Photos in any media now known or later developed.
• I understand and agree that all Photos are the property of Shannon Cohen, Inc., and will not be returned to me.
• I acknowledge that I am not entitled to any compensation or royalties with respect to the use of the Photos.
• I agree to release and forever discharge Shannon Cohen, Inc. and its affiliates, successors and assigns, officers, employees, representatives, partners, agents and anyone claiming through them, in their individual and/or corporate capacities from any and all from any and all present and future claims, demands, damages, liabilities, and causes of action, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Photos.
• I understand that the Photos may be subject to automated processing, including the use of AI or machine learning tools for marketing or enhancement purposes.
• If the participant is under 18 years of age, this release must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.
• I have carefully read and fully understand all the provisions of this Photo Release Form and am freely, knowingly and voluntarily signing this waiver of release.
