In her role, Jen oversees the business and volleyball operations of the League, working closely with the Founders to position Pro Volleyball Federation as the premier women’s professional sport in North America, maintain its strategic growth and development paths, establish profitability within a sound business model, and advance the overall mission and vision of the League in a professional manner and in keeping with the League’s core values.
