2024 was the activation of our catalytic season. We gave our aspirations, ambition, and wellness the “green light”. We disrupted broken mental models that led to the long-term shelving of our dreams. We made edits – not excuses. We began the process of protecting sacred space to invest in our own big ideas – not just the big ideas of others. In 2024, we embraced this truth: Success is never a solo sport. Through connection, community, and conversation, we tapped into one another as fellow purpose partners, potential Build Squad members and push partners. We believed we could and matched that believe with BIG Bet on Her energy.
2025 is our year to plot and pursue. This is our scaffolding year. We will plot the roadmaps and strategies needed to build upon our 2024 momentum. We believe in collective wisdom. We celebrate opportunities to give one another the benefit of our wisdom without the pain. We have imagined – we will plot, but even more – we will pursue. Ideas without action is like a car void of electrical power or gas. Activation is our next and now!
